My photo is being used without my consent

Whoah, someone just contacted me through my FLICKr account, and apparently www.hotelchatter.com is using my photo that I took from my hotel in Rio de Janeiro on their write up about Rio hotels. Check out the link to the FLICKr Forum Thread here.
